Nathan Wiita
Biography
Nate completed his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Tech in 2012. He is a Principal, Research & Innovation Lead with RHR International, where he supports the development and deployment of two of the firm’s service areas: Executive Development and Individual Assessment. His research focuses on personality and leadership assessment. Examples include research on the conditional reasoning measurement system, issues surrounding faking on preemployment personality measures, senior executive high-potential assessment, as well as predicting – and increasing the likelihood of – success of young senior executives. Considering his background as a Division 1 athlete, and his professional experiences, he’s also interested in bringing the insights and lessons of I-O Psychology to the world of sports leadership.
