Danielle Tarantino
Biography
Danielle is a first-year graduate student in Penn State’s I/O Psychology PhD program. She graduated with her BA in Psychology from Manhattan College in 2016 and with her MA in I/O Psychology from Montclair State University in 2019. Her primary research interest includes personality, specifically dark-side traits, and how these individual differences may interact with situational demands to influence various workplace outcomes. Outside of the office, Danielle has a passion for movies and reading and enjoys spending time in nature, especially when accompanied by her friends and family.
