Elnora Kelly MS/MPA

Elnora completed her Master’s Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Georgia Tech in 2015. She is a doctoral student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Georgia Institute of Technology. Elnora studies workplace applications of interactionism—the proposition that behavior is a joint function of individuals and their experiences—as they relate to organizational development, effectiveness, and change. Specifically, her current primary project explores the influence of individual workers’ characteristics and experiences on their engagement with multi-source information while making decisions at work.

Elnora holds a BS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, a Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University, and an MS in I-O Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
